We need a small extension built to very particular measurements to house a small extension to present kitchen and a downstairs loo. Can anyone recommend a reliable and reasonable builder in the Harrow area who will listen to my retired but partly disabled carpenter husband who will offer and demand a lot of input himself on the design side, but not physically able to do the work?
Can someone please suggest and appropriate pay scheme for a Project Manager? For example, what pay scheme will best serve me, the homeowner - flat rate, weekly, percentage of overall budget? Actual amounts would help a ton.
